Included Services
All rooms are furnished with spruce wood furniture and wooden floors. They feature a bathroom/WC with a hairdryer and bath towels, TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, and some have a balcony. Extra beds and baby cots are available upon request. Additionally, guests have access to the property's own garden.
In the morning, you can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet included in the price. For lunch and dinner, you can dine à la carte at our traditional South Tyrolean restaurant.
Yes, dogs are welcome here! Additional charge: €10.00 per day.
The Signato minibus stops directly in front of our guesthouse. During your stay, you will receive the RittenCard for free, which allows you unlimited and free use of all public transport in South Tyrol, including the Renon narrow-gauge railway and the Renon cable car. Additionally, you will receive free or discounted entry to around 88 museums, castles, and other attractions in South Tyrol.
Discounts for children sharing a room with two full-paying adults are as follows:
Ages 0-2: €10.00 per child per day
Ages 3-13: €25.00 per child per day
Ages 14 and up: €40.00 per child per day
Up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fees
Up to 15 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value
Up to 7 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 70% of the booking value
All prices are per day and room for 2 persons, including breakfast. An additional local tax of €2.50 per day per person aged 14 and over applies. For short stays of up to 3 nights, an extra charge of €3.00 per person per day will be added. In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, the full price will be charged. Your room will be available from 2 PM on the day of arrival and until 10 AM on the day of departure.

You can reach Signaterhof by car or public transportation. Signato is a small hamlet on the Renon high plateau, just above the city of Bolzano, which is easily accessible via the Brennero Highway, the bus and train stations, and the airport.
